Delivery & Returns Information
The following information applies to orders placed via our Website, eBay Shop and Amazon Storefront.
Items are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We reserve the right to change the delivery method according to the weight and value of the order.
UK Royal Mail Deliveries
Orders paid for by 2pm will usually be dispatched that day. Deliveries are Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. We use Royal Mail 24 for our small packet items. Delivery is usually within 24 hours of dispatch for most parts of the UK, however this is not guaranteed. Higher value items may be sent using Royal Mail 24 Signed For.
UK Courier Deliveries
Orders paid for by 2pm will usually be dispatched that day. Deliveries are Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays. We use Interlink Express 'Next Day' for our larger parcel deliveries. All items require a signature on delivery. Tracking and delivery information will be sent to your email address or via SMS to your mobile phone.
Please note, courier delivery is not available in the following areas:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands, postcodes AB30-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, G83, HS1-9, IV (ALL), KA 27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH15-99, ZE (ALL).
- Isle Of Wight
- Isle of Man
- Isles of Scilly
- Channel Islands
We use Royal Mail Airmail Standard for our international shipments up to 2kg. Delivery times are estimated as follows:
- Western Europe within three working days
- Eastern Europe within five working days
- Rest of the world in five to seven working days
This is just a guide as some countries can experience delays due to customs clearance and local mail services.
International deliveries over 2kg will be sent via a courier service.
If your country does not appear on the Region Selection page when an item is added to the shopping basket, then we do not currently ship there.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you must inform us within 14 working days of receipt of your goods that you wish to return them. We can offer a full refund provided that the goods are returned in original packaging and in new, unused and re-saleable condition. We do not offer refunds on items which have been used or assembled. Goods are returned at the buyer's expense.
